This project keeps your forecast aligned with closed books — without editing, reviewing, or managing the forecast itself. I simply upload finalized actuals into your existing file each month, using internal checks to ensure accuracy.

The forecast remains fully owned and maintained by your team. This service does not include any forecasting, modeling, or advisory input.
Scope & Pricing

This project is only available once you’re on the monthly cycle, where the foundation is stable. At that point, it’s billed separately at the rates shown here.

If a similar cleanup is required during onboarding, it will be addressed then — billed hourly as part of implementation, not as a standalone project.

If the file becomes unstable or cannot accommodate uploads, the service may be paused or re-scoped as needed

If the forecast file requires a specific format or method for uploading, the client is responsible for walking me through it at the start of service

When Forecast Events Don’t Happen

If something you forecasted didn’t occur (e.g., a client didn’t launch), I flag it.

In rare cases, I may shift a value forward one month to preserve tie-out — but I don’t restate your assumptions.
